Kristina Aran was born in the former USSR. At the age of 16 she immigrated with her family to the United States in the pursuit of the American Dream. Writing has always been her therapy, her outlet, her passion. She started writing poetry at the age of 12 and never stopped. As she grew and experienced life with all its ups and downs, her work evolved based on those raw human experiences and emotions. She has always been transparent with her poetry and reached many people who could connect and appreciate her writings.
